HSE Asbestos Removal Licence
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) asbestos removal licence is the legal requirement for carrying out most asbestos removal work in the UK, under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Safeline Environmental holds this licence at the highest available level - a 3-year gold standard licence. Licences are typically issued for 1 or 3 years; the 3-year licence is granted only to contractors who have demonstrated consistent, proven competence over time.
You can verify our licence directly with the HSE. Any contractor carrying out licensable asbestos work without a current HSE licence is operating illegally.
