Asbestos Surveys
Management and refurbishment & demolition surveys by qualified surveyors. Fast, accurate, and clearly written - with full compliance documentation.
Do You Know What's in Your Building?
Asbestos was used extensively in UK building materials until its final ban in 1999. Any building constructed or refurbished before that date may contain asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) - often in places you would not expect.
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 places a legal duty on those responsible for non-domestic premises to manage asbestos. The starting point for compliance is always a professional asbestos survey.
Our surveyors hold the P402 qualification - the recognised industry standard for asbestos surveying. Every survey we produce comes with a clear, plain-English report, full photographic evidence, and an ACM register you can act on.
We carry out surveys for homeowners, landlords, commercial occupiers, building contractors, local authorities, and industrial operators - nationwide, fast, and to the highest standard.
Types of Survey We Offer

What happens after the survey?
Once your survey is complete, we provide a clear report with recommendations. Depending on what is found, you may need an asbestos removal or waste collection service, or simply an Asbestos Management Plan to monitor materials in situ. We are on hand to advise and, where needed, carry out the next steps.
