Asbestos Awareness Training

CAR2012 Regulation 10 compliant training for employers and employees who may encounter asbestos in their work. Certificates issued on completion.

Legal Obligation

Your Legal Duty Under CAR2012

Under Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR2012), employers have a legal duty to ensure that any employee who is liable to disturb asbestos during their work - or who supervises such work - receives adequate information, instruction, and training.

Asbestos awareness training is not optional. Failing to provide it exposes both the employer and individual to potential prosecution by the HSE.

Safeline Environmental delivers a comprehensive half-day asbestos awareness course covering all eleven areas of the CAR2012 Regulation 10 requirements. Participants receive a certificate of attendance on completion.
